CrackCalculator

This operation returns standard "cracks" calculated from the differential between future price of crude oil and petroleoum products.

Parameter	Value
UserID*
Password*		Password is case sensitive.
CrudeRoot		Crude oil root. Default value is QCL.
GasRoot		Gasoline root. Default value is QRB.
HeatingOilRoot		Heating oil root. Default value is QHO.
PriceField		Price FID to be used in the calculation, recommended values are "Last" or "LastBidAsk" but any price FID can be used.  Default value is Last
NumMonths		Number of future contracts to display Default value is 12.
Format+		Optional parameter to request the result in an specific format.  Default value is XML.

Notes

*Mandatory parameters are marked with an asterisk.
+This parameter is not supported when using the STD invocation.

Root Symbols

This operation allows for any root symbols to be entered in the request and it does not attempt to verify that the symbols are actually related with oil production.  It is the responsibility of the caller to pass adequate root symbols.

Format

Supported format codes are: XML, HTM, HTM1, HTM2, HTM3, CSV and JSN.
